摘要

A long-term stable production and sand control technology for injection zone oil wells has been developed, which integrates plug removal and prevention, effectively extending the stable production cycle of sand control wells in the injection zone. A new polymer unblocking agent has been developed to address the problem of polymer carrying oil, mud, and sand blocking gravel filling zones, effectively solving the problem of pollution blockage in the near wellbore area; A low adsorption anti polymer adsorption support agent has been developed to address the problem of strong polymer adsorption capacity and blockage of the filling zone caused by quartz sand in sand control filling gravel. This reduces the adsorption capacity of the support agent for polymers and improves the diversion capacity of the gravel filling zone; Through indoor and on-site verification, this technology effectively solves the problem of near wellbore blockage, improves the anti blockage performance of polymer micelles, and lays the foundation for long-term stable production and sand control in polymer injection areas to solve the problem of decreased post production fluid volume. After the successful research of this technology, it was applied in 5 wells on site, with a sand control efficiency of 100%. The average stable production period for sand control was over one year, and the sand control effect was good.
