Research on the Application Limits and Economic Evaluation of Downhole High Power Electric Heating Technology

Based on the successful development of the downhole high-power electric heating technology series, in order to further promote the successful implementation and economic promotion of the technology series, by studying the influences of well completion pattern, tubing sizes, steam injection speeds, and the running depth of electric heater on the downhole steam dryness in the electric heating assisted steam injection wells, the application limits of different electric heating technology series were clarified, so as to effectively guide the experimental well selection and improve the success rate of implementation; By conducting sensitivity analyses of electric heating technology on such parameters as electricity prices, natural gas prices, and incremental oil production, the break-even point is determined to provide a basis for economic promotion.
