Research on Binary Composite Flooding in K1h12–1 Oil Reservoir of Lu 9 Well Area

摘要

The K1h22–1 reservoir, one of the main reservoirs in the well area of Karamay lu 9, Xinjiang, is a lithologic structural reservoir with edge and bottom water in the hyperpermeability zone. After decades of water drive development, the remaining oil is highly dispersed and the oil recovery rate is low, so it is urgent to change the development mode. Through laboratory experiment, physical model evaluation and reservoir numerical simulation, the economical and feasible key parameters of binary composite flooding are studied. The experimental results show that the binary combined flooding can effectively displace the residual oil, expand the swept volume, and significantly improve the oil recovery. K1h12–1 reservoir chemical flooding system is 0.4% table (KPS: betaine =8:2) +0.2% polymer (KY-3SP), natural core chamber displacement, binary flooding enhanced recovery 16.81%.Through reservoir numerical simulation, it is predicted that the east of the reservoir will be converted to dual drive after well pattern adjustment, and 358,000 tons of oil will be produced in the dual drive stage by 2035, and the stage recovery degree will be 16.3%
