摘要

Under the guidance of the “dual carbon” goals, the oil and gas production industry, while consolidating the foundation of energy supply security and increasing oil and gas output, urgently needs to break through the traditional development model and accelerate the innovation and application of green and low-carbon technologies. Green and low-carbon enhanced oil recovery technology refers to the enhanced oil recovery technology that can effectively control the risk of environmental pollution, reduce production energy consumption, decrease carbon emissions and improve the ecological environment during the crude oil development process. Its connotation not only covers the replacement of traditional oil recovery chemical injection agents and the application of new oil displacement agents, but also includes the research and application of new technologies, new processes and new materials. Research and practice have shown that technologies such as CO₂ flooding, air flooding, biomass flooding and microbial flooding can not only effectively enhance the recovery, but also have significant carbon emission reduction effects. The following research should be prioritized in the future: systematically optimizing the technical path of green enhanced oil recovery. Build a new generation of green and low-carbon technology system integrating technology research and development and engineering application. Conduct research on carbon emission reduction potential throughout the entire industrial chain and the entire life cycle. Establish a quantitative evaluation method for green and low-carbon enhanced oil recovery technologies. Through multi-dimensional innovation, the high-quality sustainable development of the oil and gas industry and the coordinated promotion of the ‘ double carbon’ goal can be achieved.
