摘要

In order to design the viscosity of the displacement system reasonably and ensure the control of fluidity and pressure changes during the ASP flooding process, a 500 mm × 500 mm × 45 mm three-layer heterogeneous flat plate model was developed to simulate the five point well network in the field and conduct experiments to analyze the influence of pre polymer and ASP main slug viscosity on pressure, remaining oil distribution, and the degree of utilization of each layer. Taking into account the injectability of the slug and its role in alleviating interlayer conflicts, under the conditions of a gas permeability of 500 mD and a coefficient of variation of 0.65, a pre slug of 0.075PV with a viscosity of 60 mPa • s and a ASP main slug of 0.3PV with a viscosity of 30 mPa • s can be designed to increase the utilization of medium and low-permeability layers. Under the same chemical dosage conditions, the recovery rate can be increased by 0.61–3.16 percentage points compared to other schemes, providing reference for the rational development of on-site injection plans.
