摘要

Low-frequency wavelength oil recovery has a significant production increase effect on low-permeability reservoirs, in order to study the difference between single vibration and double superimposed wave on the production increase effect of low-permeability reservoirs, based on the principle of orthogonal experiments, using the comprehensive simulation experimental device for oil production by fluctuation in the laboratory, considering factors such as acceleration, frequency and pressure of low-frequency vibration oil production, the influence laws of artificial vibration waves and hydraulic pulse double superimposed waves on the oil recovery rate and residual oil saturation of water flooding in low-permeability core samples were systematically studied. Through orthogonal experiments, the primary and secondary factors of the influence of the double superimposed wave on the oil recovery efficiency of low-permeability core water were optimized. When the fluctuation parameters of the double composite wave field are optimally matched, the synergistic effect of the double superposition wave has a beneficial effect on the oil-water two-phase seepage, the improvement of oil-water two-phase seepage in low permeability core can produce ‘resonance ‘effect, and its synergistic effect is larger than that of the single wave field. When the fluctuation parameters of the double superposition wave field are not matched properly, the double superposition wave has a negative effect on the oil-water two-phase seepage. Through this research, it provides valuable benefits for the rational improvement of permeability of low-permeability reservoirs by composite wave fields and for enhancing the crude oil recovery rate of low-permeability oil reservoirs.
