Research and Application of High Pressure Water Injection Well Measurement and Adjustment Supporting Technology
摘要
This study addresses issues in high pressure water injection wells during the middle and late stages of oilfield development, including difficulties in instrument insertion, wellhead seal leakage causing overflow pollution, and obstacles during instrument deployment. Through detailed force analysis of the measuring and adjusting instruments during wellbore entry, it was determined that the friction between the packing and cable is the main resistance factor. Based on this finding, key equipment including a hydraulic tiltable lifting device, extended blowout preventer, hydraulic-controlled blowout sealing device, and optimized armored cable with counterweight rod configurations were designed. Results show that: the designed hydraulic lifting device has a maximum load capacity of 60 kg, meeting the requirements for lifting ultra-long instrument strings; the optimized titanium alloy blowout preventer reaches 4.5 m in length (2 m longer than conventional ones), with 8 mm wall thickness and maximum pressure resistance of 40 MPa; the hydraulic-controlled blowout sealing device adopts a multi-layer interception design with nitrile rubber packing, withstanding pressures up to 60 MPa; the preferred armored cable has a 3.5 mm diameter, which combined with counterweight rods of varying lengths can adapt to wellhead pressures up to 35 MPa. The designed supporting equipment enables safe and efficient insertion of measuring and adjusting instruments without pressure relief, resolving issues of long well occupation periods, high safety risks, and large equipment investment associated with traditional techniques, thus providing an effective technical solution for high pressure water injection well operations.
