Study on Integrated Digital-Intelligent Intermittent Pumping Technology for SRP Unit Wells

The number of low yield and low efficiency pumping wells in China is vast and increasing year by year. Continuous pumping to intermittent pumping is an effective way to improve pumping efficiency and reduce consumption in low yield wells. The production mechanism of intermittent pumping wells under variable working conditions is complex, and the workload of frequent start stop management is large. Digital transformation and intelligent development are inevitable measures for high-quality production in intermittent pumping wells. Through the deep integration of IoT, big data, artificial intelligence technology, and oil production engineering, low-cost IoT measurement, multi-mode high-quality transmission, cloud edge collaborative real-time optimization decision-making, secure intelligent cluster control, and batch remote efficient management are organically combined to build an integrated intelligent pumping technology for pumping units and wells, which achieves cloud management, intelligent regulation, and unmanned operation. It achieves the goal of reducing staff and increasing efficiency, controlling costs, and creating a demonstration zone for intelligent production.
