摘要

With the advancement of fracturing technology from conventional low-permeability reservoirs to tight and unconventional reservoirs, the application of horizontal well volume fracturing has become increasingly widespread. The slickwater fracturing fluid system has emerged as a universal choice for horizontal well volume fracturing due to its excellent friction reduction performance, capability for online continuous mixing, superior proppant suspension properties, and low residue content. To align with green development principles and enhance on-site operational efficiency, a rapidly soluble slickwater fracturing fluid system compatible with multiple water sources was developed in the laboratory. Tests demonstrated that the friction reducer dissolves within 30 s, achieves a friction reduction rate exceeding 74% at a concentration of 0.08%, and exhibits salt tolerance up to 100,000 mg/L. This system is characterized by rapid dissolution and robust salt resistance. Field applications using river water, brine pond water, and other diverse water sources confirmed that the slickwater system meets operational requirements. This innovation significantly contributes to freshwater conservation and promotes environmentally sustainable fracturing practices.
