Contradiction Analysis and Countermeasures of Mechanical Oil Recovery in Tight Oil Wells

The mechanical oil production lift of tight oil wells faces difficulties such as large reservoir span, differences in liquid supply capacity, and complex liquid production composition. This paper tracks and analyzes 590 tight oil wells. It analyzes the impact of high load, easy wear, easy scaling, and fracturing production methods on pump inspection from the perspective of downhole operating environment. It also analyzes the impact of stroke loss, liquid production decline, and supply-production imbalance on lift efficiency from the perspective of pump parameter matching. To emphasize the timeliness of mechanical production condition management, wellbore management technologies such as anti-rod breakage, anti-wear, anti-scaling, and anti-sand are optimized and applied. Measures such as observing liquid level for normal wells, maintaining working conditions for waxing wells, checking problems for abnormal wells, and treating the root cause for operation wells are taken. Technical means such as timely optimizing lift parameters based on liquid level changes, upgrading management of chemical washing and heating, strengthening technical analysis of abnormal wells, and taking targeted measures based on the main reasons for pump inspection are applied on an individual basis. Through precise policy implementation and continuous optimization of management techniques, the conversion timing between large pump fast pumping in the early stage and small pump deep pumping in the middle and late stages is explored, and the key points of daily management are standardized. Through optimized management, the pump inspection rate of tight oil wells has decreased from 20% to 18%, the utilization rate has increased to over 83%, and the time rate has increased to over 96%.
