Development Practice of Full Gas Power Generation and Electric Fracturing for Gulong Shale Oil

In order to solve the technical problem of configuring fracturing equipment in the transformation of all gas power generation reservoirs, taking the configuration of all gas power generation electric fracturing equipment for Gulong shale oil as an example. The requirements were applied to three wells on the GY20-Q9-X1-X2-X3 platform. The application results show that the formed supporting methods basically meet the requirements of high pressure, large displacement, high sand ratio, simultaneous operation of fracturing and pumping bridge plugs, and construction in low-temperature environments in winter for Gulong shale oil. The power redundancy factor is 1.26; The output grid power of gas power generation is 29 760 kW, more than the power consumption at the terminal of 28 250 kW; The electric sand mixing skid (Hereinafter referred to as ESMS) meets the requirement of 25% of the maximum sand ratio.
