Research and Practice of Sand Control and Reservoir Protection Coordination Technology in Unconsolidated Sandstone Heavy Oil Bottom Water Reservoir
摘要
In view of the strong water sensitivity and velocity sensitivity of unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil bottom water reservoir in G oilfield, it is easy to be affected by formation fluid and external fluid during workover operation, resulting in significant reduction of reservoir permeability and low liquid productivity after sand control. The sand control and reservoir protection coordination technology is studied. In this study, according to the reservoir physical and fluid properties of unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil bottom water reservoir, the reservoir damage factors analysis during workover operation, the formulation research and performance evaluation of the dual-effect working liquid system of sand control and reservoir protection, and the collaborative technology of sand control and reservoir protection are carried out, and the collaborative technology of sand control and reservoir protection for unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil bottom water reservoir is formed. The research results show that the dual-effect working liquid system has the characteristics of good sand carrying performance, strong stability, anti-swelling rate ≥ 90%, interfacial tension ≤ 2.0 mN/m, high scale inhibition, which reduces the damage degree of external fluids to the reservoir, and solves the problem of production decline after sand control in the sand production well of unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil bottom water reservoir by optimizing the field operation parameters and operation technology. At present, the technology has been applied in the field of G oilfield 11 wells, the sand control success rate is 100%, the efficiency is 100%, the average recovery period is shortened to 3.1 days, the cumulative oil recovery is 100%, and the total oil production is 17,800 tons, with good practice effect.
