Research and Application of Integrated Fracturing Fluid System Based on Highly Salinity Flowback Water
摘要
With the increasing number of horizontal well volume fracturing wells, the reuse of flowback water has become one of the most important directions in the development of fracturing fluids. Flowback water reuse can effectively reduce the cost of subsequent water treatment and fracturing fluids. In view of the difficult problem of high salinity flowback water after reservoir stimulation in Qaidam Basin, salt resistant emulsion thickener was developed to form a integrated fracturing fluid technology based on highly salinity flowback water. This technology can meet the requirement of reuse and preparation of flowback water with salinity below 250000 mg/L. The viscosity of fracturing fluid ranges from 2 mPa · s to 180 mPa · s when the concentration of emulsion thickener is 0.05%–1.3%; Under the condition of using a concentration of 0.6% or more and a 20% proppant ratio, there is no significant proppant settling phenomenon for 10 min; Capable of meeting slick water and the sand carrying requirements for high-temperature 150 ℃ reservoir stimulation. The field application have shown that the fracturing fluid has good viscosity, temperature resistance, sand carrying and resistance reduction performance, and the resistance reduction rate can still reach over 77% in the high viscosity sand carrying fluid stage. This technology provides important technical support for the flowback water reuse of platform stimulation well in the Qaidam Basin, and can significantly reduce the liquid cost of reservoir stimulation in highly water scarce plateau areas.
