摘要

For highly inclined wells, high angle deviated well fractures will lead to low proppant ratio, narrow fracture widths, and low conductivity. The true triaxial physical model experiment was used in the laboratory, and the main factors affecting the formation of fracturing fractures were clarified as horizontal stress difference, azimuth Angle, well inclination Angle, etc., and the basic law of the influence of each factor on the fracturing process was obtained. In the fracturing process of highly deviated well, fracture bending and multiple fractures are formed near the wellbore due to the comprehensive action of various factors, resulting in narrow seam width, irregular seam surface, large filtration loss, and difficulty in sand addition. Equipped with sand control card expansion controllable packer in highly deviated well, it has the functions of step by step setting, step by step fracturing and step by step release. A kind of temporary plugging diversion agent is developed due to thin interlayer, casing damage well and the well with special completion methods. In this paper, silicone monomer was introduced, and a kind of highly elastic gel was polymerized. Even under high pressure, the hydrogels are not prone to water loss and structural damage. In the process of fracturing, high-inclination wells are prone to multiple fractures, fracture distortion, abnormal construction pressure, sand plugging and other problems. An ultra-low concentration of watermelon gum fracturing liquid system is optimized, which can reduce the amount of thickening agent by more than 30%. And through the proppant slug grinding and other measures, the formation of high temperature highly deviated well fine stage fracturing technology. Combined with field practice, key technologies such as perforation optimization, mechanical segmentation, temporary plugging and diversion fracturing, and proppant slug treatment have been applied to form fine segmentation and low damage fracturing technology for high temperature and highly deviated wells.
