Preparation and Properties of an Organic Salt Inhibitor
摘要
An organic salt inhibitor (HY-19) was prepared using organic complexing agents, anti-salt caking agents, clay stabilizers, emulsifiers, etc. A series of experiments were carried out with HY-19 by simulating the actual situation in high-salinity well areas. The experiments mainly tested its inhibitory effect on sodium chloride salt blockage, and comprehensively analyzed its application performance combined with the water quality in high-salinity well areas. The experimental results show that HY-19 has a remarkable inhibitory effect on the salting-out of high-salinity water. When the dosage of HY-19 is only 1%, its salt inhibition rate can reach over 95%. HY-19 can also change the morphology of salt crystals. After being treated, the precipitated structure of the brine becomes looser. Further research reveals that HY-19 preferentially adsorbs on different crystal faces of salt crystals under low-concentration conditions.
