摘要

As the formation pressure of the oilfield drops, the formation degassing gradually intensifies. The oil-gas ratio of production wells in the oilfield is large, the difference between the formation pressure and the saturation pressure is small. Oil wells are affected by gas, and the gas locking problem is relatively serious, resulting in a low pump efficiency of oil wells. Some wells cannot produce normally, and the productivity of oil wells cannot be released. Therefore, how to reduce the impact of gas, recover and utilize associated gas resources, and improve economic efficiency has become a key task for the sustainable development of oil and gas production enterprises. In view of the characteristics of the Yingdong Oilfield, such as the still low pressure maintenance level, the obvious downward trend of the dynamic liquid level of old wells, the still large formation energy depletion, and the average oil-gas ratio reaching 210, the effects of the anti-gas process technology tests for high oil-gas ratio wells in the oilfield over the years were summarized. Combining with the trend of the increasing oil-gas ratio in the oilfield year by year, the process parameters were optimized, and field tests and applications of combined lifting were carried out. The anti-gas process was popularized and applied 611 well-times (50 well-times in 2024). The average pump efficiency increased from 12.86% to 20.13%. The average daily oil increment per well was 1.2 t, achieving good results. It provides technical support for the stable production of high oil-gas ratio oilfields, helps the oilfield to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and realizes efficient production.
