Exploration of Methods to Improve the Operating Efficiency of Long Stroke Pumping Units
摘要
In order to improve the efficiency of low yield well systems and reduce lifting energy consumption, the high-efficiency lifting technology of long stroke pumping units has been explored and applied in multiple oil fields such as Changqing Oilfield and Daqing Oilfield. This technology can achieve a pump efficiency improvement of more than 30% and a power saving rate improvement of more than 50% compared to beam pumping units through a long stroke and low stroke working mode. It is a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving lifting technology. In the on-site application of a long stroke pumping unit in a certain oil production plant, there was a problem of high upward load and resistance in downward movement, resulting in automatic shutdown of the long stroke pumping unit and seriously affecting the operating efficiency. In response to the above issues, the structure and operating parameters of the lifting system were classified and optimized, and the effectiveness of the lifting optimization was confirmed through on-site experiments. A reference technical solution for dealing with the problem of downward obstruction of long stroke pumping units was summarized, as well as management measures to improve the operating efficiency of pumping units. By applying the above methods, the downward load of long stroke pumping units has been effectively reduced, and the operating time rate of pumping units has been increased to 97.1%, providing technical and experiential support for the continuous promotion and application of long stroke pumping units.
