Research and Large-Scale Application of Dissolvable Frac Plugs for Mahu Tight Oil Reservoirs
摘要
The hydraulic fracturing of tight oil in Mahu Oilfield faces complex working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, high mineralization, and pre acid construction, which pose severe challenges to the stability and dissolution timeliness of soluble bridge plug pressure. To meet the needs of large-scale fracturing construction and improve the stability and applicability of soluble bridge plug sealing, customized research and development of soluble materials will be carried out. Through targeted reconstruction of polymer monomers, cross-linking systems, and grid structures, new polymer soluble materials containing multiple hydrolytic groups will be developed; Carry out personalized design of soluble bridge plug structure and innovatively adopt an integrated structure of integral two-way slip. Conducting ground simulation underground working condition tests, the results show that the developed high-performance soluble bridge plug has a maximum effective sealing pressure of 13000 psi in liquid at 80-100 °C, with a continuous stabilization time of over 24 h and a full dissolution time of less than 8 days, which can meet the requirements of tight oil fracturing in Mahu Oilfield. On site experiments were conducted in the Mahu Oilfield and more than 1200 sections were widely promoted, achieving good application results. The success rate of setting and isolation reached 100%, and no drilling or grinding was required after fracturing construction, effectively helping to reduce costs and increase efficiency in the development of tight conglomerate oil and gas resources in Mahu.
