Research and Application of Sand Control, Water Control and Oil Production Enhancement Technology for Y Reservoir in QH Oilfield
摘要
The Y reservoir in QH oilfield belongs to a medium porosity and high permeability reservoir with moderate viscosity (14.1 mPa. s at 50 °C), high solidification point (35.3 °C), high wax content (12.8%), and high salt content (987.7PPm). The compaction degree of the reservoir is low, the formation is loose, the rock bonding strength is low, and the sand production interval of the oil well is between 560 and 1250 m, which belongs to congenital sand production, with sand production wells accounting for more than 45%. Continuous water injection development, with 38.3% of wells having a water content exceeding 80%, resulting in the simultaneous production of sand, water, and oil. The sand control method of reconstructing artificial wellbore walls through epoxy resin coated particles in the early stage effectively controls sand production in oil wells. On this basis, research is conducted on adding precipitation particles to achieve sand control and water control, in order to achieve efficient production. In 2024, three on-site tests were conducted, and the average liquid production of a single well increased from 3.25 t/d to 6.05 t/d, an increase of 86%. The average oil production of a single well increased from 0.59 t/d to 3.78 t/d, an increase of 540%. The average water content of a single well decreased from 81.51% to 34.83%, a decrease of 46.68 percentage points. The effective production days have increased by 226 days (currently still effective), achieving good results in sand control and precipitation to increase oil production. In the later stage, it can be promoted on a large scale to effectively improve production efficiency and single well output.
