摘要

Objective. An integrated method for the determination of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (PFOS) as well as their salts in oil field chemicals were established by high performance liquid chromatogry-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). Methods The ions were extracted by equidegree elution of acetonitrile with 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution as mobile phase using Poroshell 120 C18 2.1 mm × 150 mm, i.d., 1.9 µm as ultrahigh pressure liquid chromatogium-tandem mass spectrometer. m/z = 369 and m/z = 499 were selected as the quantitative ions of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (PFOS) respectively for qualitative and quantitative analysis. The chromatographic peak area of the target substance detected by the mixed standard solution with different mass concentrations were used for regression analysis to obtain the standard curve, and the chromatographic peak area of the target substance detected in the sample solution was substituted into the standard curve to calculate the contents of different types of perfluorine-prohibited components in the sample solution. Results The method was simple and efficient, with high sensitivity, fast analysis speed, good precision and repeatability. When the added mass fraction was 0.0005%−0.01%, the relative standard deviation of repeated test was no more than 2%. Significance The method realized the integrated qualitative and quantitative analysis method of perfluorinated prohibited components in oilfield chemicals, and provided the technical basis for formulating the industry standard of detection perfluorinated limiting components in oilfield chemicals.
