Review of Trends in the International Development of Tripartite Cooperation
摘要
This chapter introduces the issue of tripartite cooperation and outlines general trends within the international development context. The first section provides the definitions of tripartite cooperation, ideal assumptions, and the tripartite cooperation framework in this research. The second section reviews the development of tripartite cooperation in international communities and explores the determinants of participation in trilateral cooperation from previous research. The third section examines the practices of tripartite cooperation in both developed and developing countries, alongside an analysis of China’s unique characteristics in tripartite cooperation. Through a comprehensive review of these contents, this chapter aims to identify the diverse forms of tripartite cooperation in international development. By examining various tripartite cooperation practices across different countries and international organisations, the chapter highlights the special characteristics of Chinese tripartite cooperation.
