摘要

This chapter systematically compares coronary computed tomography-derived fractional flow reserve (CT-FFR) with other functional imaging modalities—computed tomography perfusion (CTP), single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), and magnetic resonance myocardial perfusion imaging (MR-MPI)—for assessing coronary artery disease (CAD). It evaluates their principles, diagnostic performance, clinical applications, and limitations. CT-FFR excels in hemodynamic assessment of focal stenosis, while CTP and SPECT provide perfusion insights, particularly under stress. MR-MPI offers high resolution without radiation but faces technical constraints. The integration of CT-FFR with perfusion imaging enhances diagnostic accuracy and risk stratification. Future advancements in multimodal CT approaches promise personalized CAD management through combined anatomical and functional evaluation.
