Light and Electron Microscopy Comparison of Microorganisms and Crystallization
摘要
Fungal infections are commonly associated with gastrointestinal tract perforation, repeated inappropriate puncture procedures (e.g., peritoneal dialysis, chest drainage, etc.), or poor catheter maintenance and are usually associated with severe infections with other pathogens. Because of the large number of disorganized substances in the fluid, which makes diagnosis difficult, it is important to be able to better identify these pathogens in order to provide direction for clinical diagnosis and treatment. The following is a list of the morphology of some common substances in the effusion in electron microscopy and compared with the light microscope, aiming to provide a new means for you to improve the ability of morphologic analysis. See Figs. 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, and 7.4.
