Research and Verification of Energy-Saving Driving Strategy During the Start-Stop Process of Electric Vehicles
摘要
In recent years, the sales of electric vehicles in our country have shown explosive growth. Due to their pollution-free characteristics, they have become the first choice for updating transportation vehicles in all walks of life. However, the issue of cruising range is the primary problem restricting their further development. In order to reduce the energy consumption and increase the cruising range of electric vehicles in the urban road environment, this paper focuses on signalized intersections, starting from driving behavior and relying on a large number of real data of electric light trucks operating in the city to extract the changes in energy consumption caused by different driving behaviors during the start and stop process of vehicles at intersections, and based on this analysis of the operating characteristics and energy consumption characteristics of electric vehicles during the start and stop process, design three driving behavior strategies: cautious, decisive and moderate, three driving strategies arrive at the intersection stop point with different deceleration methods, and then leave the intersection with appropriate acceleration and accelerate to the economic speed. Finally, AVL-Cruise was used to build the entire vehicle model, and Simulink was combined to build a verification model to improve simulation accuracy and verify the effectiveness of optimizing driving behavior strategies to reduce the energy consumption of electric vehicles starting and stopping at signalized intersections. The simulation results show that compared with actual driving behavior, the three driving strategies can reduce intersection start-stop energy consumption by 12.66% to 15.59%.
