Research on Emergency Resource Dispatching Model of Sichuan-Tibet Highway Under Sudden Disaster Conditions
摘要
In order to improve the emergency management capacity of Sichuan-Tibet highway, the dispatching problem of emergency equipment and medical supplies at the disaster accident points is solved. Considering the impact of the degree of road damage on the road capacity of emergency resource transportation, a multi-objective emergency resource dispatch optimization model is established to minimize the dispatch time and dispatch cost, and the hierarchical sequence method and genetic algorithm are used to solve the problem. Combined with examples, a reasonable dispatching scheme is formed, and the feasibility of the model is verified.
