摘要

The rapid growth in business digitization has led to a large pool of e-products including online games. Based on our study of literature, Ludo king (LK) and Carrom Disc Pool (CDP) are two most downloaded games from Playstore in 2020–2024. Such games are referred as low resource games since these require low gaming skills from users as well as low-end hardware specification on the host system. In this paper, we evaluate competitive performance of Ludo King versus Carrom Disc Pool based on user ratings of UI/UX attributes collected as survey response from 40 users. The proposed feature space in the survey has 22 user features and 3 global features that generate user data as ratings on sentiment scale of {− 1, 0, + 1}. The competitive framework as developed by us analyzes feature wise winner and cumulative winner between LK and CDP based on the formulated Discriminant. The competitive model presented in this work using mean-variance and Discriminant can be made applicable to analytics of several other e-products. Our experimental analysis shows that aggregate Discriminant-index denoting competitive strength of Ludo King versus Carrom Disc Pool is 0.17 for User features and 0.06 for Global features, thereby Ludo King emerges as the competitive winner in this study.
