A Bi-Level Reserve Capacity Calculation Method for Distribution Networks and DER Aggregation Zones Based on Analytical Target Cascading
摘要
Under the dual-carbon strategy, the adjustable potential of distributed resources in distribution networks and large-capacity DER aggregation zones remains to be fully explored. To address this, a method for calculating reserve capacity in distribution networks and DER aggregation zones based on the Analytical Target Cascading (ATC) approach is proposed. This method aims to effectively utilize distributed resources on the source side and adjustable resources on the load side to participate in distribution network reserve configuration services. First, a two-layer optimization scheduling model is established, encompassing the distribution network layer and the aggregation zones area layer. By coordinating complementary resources between the distribution network and DER aggregation zones, the efficiency of resource utilization is improved. Then, the aggregation zones area optimizes the scheduling of its internal members. Finally, the proposed model is solved using the Analytical Target Cascading method, and its effectiveness and feasibility are verified through simulation case studies.
