Research on Positive Pressure Recovery Method of Sulfur Hexafluoride Gas

This paper systematically expounds the current use and development prospects of sulfur hexafluoride gas charging equipment in power systems at home and abroad, analyzes the technical bottlenecks existing in the current sulfur hexafluoride gas recovery technology, introduces the current development status of membrane separation technology and gas treatment effect, and proposes a total positive pressure gas recovery method using nitrogen replacement combined with membrane separation technology. The basic steps of the total positive pressure gas recovery method are described and the recovery efficiency and recovery rate are calculated theoretically, and the principle design of the recovery equipment is combined with the total positive pressure gas recovery method.
