Research on 12-Phase Hydrogen Production Power Supply Based on Double Inverted Star Rectifier Circuit
摘要
Existing hydrogen production power supply systems generally suffer from large current ripple, unstable load fluctuation, and poor reliability, which seriously affect hydrogen production efficiency and long-term stable operation of the system. To solve these problems, this paper proposes an innovative hydrogen production power supply design scheme, including three core technical improvements: first, designing a 12-phase double inverted star rectifier circuit to reduce current ripple by increasing the number of phases and minimize the negative impact of power fluctuations on the electrolyzer; second, proposing a dual-mode control strategy for load fluctuations to precisely regulate current changes, prevent the impact of load fluctuations on electrolyzer temperature and hydrogen production rate, and improve system efficiency; third, introducing a redundancy design to enhance system reliability and fault tolerance through multi-synchronous signal technology and dual-controller collaborative working mechanisms.
