摘要

Thermal power plants generate substantial quantities of fly ash, with ash storage silos serving as critical auxiliary facilities designed to collect and store fly ash produced by boiler operations. Large diameter steel silos are widely utilized for storing powdered materials including cement, grain, and fly ash, where their structural health status directly impacts production safety and operational efficiency. Traditional health monitoring methods exhibit limitations such as low efficiency and inadequate real-time performance. To address these challenges, our system integrates sensor networks with wired transmission technology to achieve comprehensive data acquisition and transmission from steel silo storage facilities. This system provides essential references for structural health assessment, anomaly diagnosis, and predictive maintenance of the silos. The implementation of this system significantly enhances safety management standards for steel silo storage, effectively mitigating risks of sudden structural failures while extending service lifespan. Furthermore, it establishes a robust data foundation for intelligent storage management systems, enabling data-driven decision making in plant operations.
