Simulation and Analysis of the Influence of Hydropower on Power System Based on Simulink
摘要
Under the background of the “carbon peak and neutrality” goals, hydropower, as a clean and stable renewable energy source, plays a vital role in ensuring energy security and promoting sustainable development. In this study, a comprehensive hydropower system model is developed on the Simulink platform, incorporating key components such as the hydraulic turbine, governor, excitation system, and synchronous generator. This model is integrated into the IEEE 9-bus power system to conduct power flow analysis and stability simulations. By introducing various disturbance conditions, both transient and steady-state stability of the system are analyzed. The results demonstrate that hydropower systems play a crucial role in enhancing overall system stability, thereby providing a theoretical foundation and technical support for hydropower system scheduling optimization, fault diagnosis, and intelligent control strategies.
