Research on Reliability Analysis Method of High Voltage Frequency Conversion System Based on MBSE Method
摘要
This paper takes the high-voltage frequency conversion system as the research object, adopts the model-driven system engineering (MBSE) method, and conducts system reliability analysis and modeling simulation research on the problems of complex system structure and frequent failures. Through statistical analysis, key vulnerable components such as IGBT and rectifier bridge are determined. Based on ANSYS and Saber platforms, thermal simulation models and circuit digital prototype models are established respectively to simulate rated conditions and various fault scenarios, and verify the response characteristics of the system under different conditions. The results show that the constructed model can effectively identify failure modes and guide system optimization design, improving simulation efficiency and analysis accuracy.
