Under CCUS Objectives: Core Drilling and Completion Technologies and Key Processes for SC Oilfield
摘要
I To enhance the efficiency of CCUS technology application and accelerate drilling progress in the SC Oilfield, ensuring the attainment of high-quality wellbore structures. This study conducted a systematic analysis of geological characteristics, reservoir physical properties, oil-bearing area distribution, geological reserve scale, and gas source elements in the SC oilfield. Based on the existing old well network, a dense drilling pattern strategy was implemented. During this process, limitations were identified in current drilling operations concerning leak prevention, leak sealing techniques, drilling speed improvement technologies, and cementing methods. Through in-depth research and optimization of key aspects such as platform layout plans, wellbore structure designs, "well factory" drilling patterns, drill bit selection criteria, drilling fluid systems, and cementing process flows, an integrated geological-engineering design was established. Additionally, innovative application of the corrosion-resistant technology combination-“13Cr gas-tight efficient anti-corrosion casing + corrosion-resistant cement slurry + composite injection of inhibitors" was implemented. Furthermore, a cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing strategy for long-term carbon dioxide injection and underground storage was developed. These technical measures effectively met the requirements for casing corrosion resistance and structural strength in gas injection operations, providing reliable support for the efficient development of the SC Oilfield under CCUS technology.
