CO₂ Pipeline Design: Research Progress on Impurities, Processes, and Safety
摘要
Carbon capture, storage, and utilization technology has developed rapidly in recent years, providing direction for solving climate problems. As the core infrastructure for long-distance and large-scale transportation of CO2, the safe design and reliable operation of CO2 pipelines have become research hotspot. Therefore, the research progress of CO2 pipeline design in impurities, process design and safety related factors at home and abroad is reviewed. The advanced research results are summarized. The effects of water content, gas impurities, pipe and equipment selection, pipe diameter and flow rate, flow guarantee, leakage and diffusion, crack propagation and crack arrest, depressurization and venting on CO2 pipeline design are mainly introduced. It is suggested that the control of gas impurity content should be strengthened in the next step, and dehydration treatment should be carried out if necessary. Strengthen the development of non-equilibrium liquid-gas phase transition decompression model; continue to explore the safety problems in the construction and operation of CO2 pipeline.
