Horizontal well combination volume fracturing is a key technology for the efficient development of shale oil reservoirs. During the fracturing process, deformation of the wellbore casing can hinder the progress of the fracturing operation, increase investment costs, and reduce the cumulative oil production throughout the entire life cycle of the horizontal well. After more than ten years of exploration, it has been determined that the main cause of casing deformation in horizontal wells in the Jimsar shale oil reservoir is the strike slip fracture caused by the entry of fracturing fluid into the formation, The casing cannot withstand the formation slip, resulting in deformation. Through collaborative research in multiple disciplines such as earthquake, well logging, geology, drilling, and fracturing, Accurate identification of pre fracturing construction risk points and optimization of unit fracturing section length have been established; Real time monitoring of wellbore conditions and dynamic adjustment of fracturing construction parameters during the fracturing process; Standardized and efficient disposal of complex cases after discovering casing deformation. After the on-site application of this technology system, the accuracy of identifying strike slip faults has been improved from 15 m to within 5 m, The effectiveness rate of countermeasures has increased from 58.3% to 87.3%, Realize zero segment loss in hydraulic fracturing, The deformation ratio of horizontal well casing has decreased from 44% to 17%, The treatment rate of casing deformation is 100%, and the treatment time is reduced by more than 50%. This technological system can provide reference for preventing and controlling deformation of shale oil casing in other blocks, and can promote the efficient development of shale oil reservoirs.

摘要
