Study on the Method of Reservoir Fluid Type Discrimination Based on Logging Data: A Case Study of T Oilfield in Kazakhstan
摘要
Condensate gas, volatile oil and conventional reservoirs are developed in T oilfield of Kazakhstan, and the fluid properties are complex. Due to the lack of fluid sampling in some well sections, the fluid properties of the reservoir cannot be accurately determined, which seriously affects the potential tapping and production increase of the oilfield. Based on the actual production data of the oilfield, the logging response characteristics of different fluid types are discussed and analyzed. According to the P-T phase diagram method, triangle diagram method, φ1 value interval method, density and molar mass discrimination method, Pixler chart interpretation method and logging response characteristics, the fluid properties are comprehensively judged. According to the hydrocarbon ratio characteristics of the study area and the oil test results, a Pixler chart suitable for the study area was established. By comparing with the actual production test, sampling analysis and production results, the accuracy of the comprehensive logging method to identify the fluid properties is verified. It shows that the complementarity between various interpretation methods should be fully utilized in gas logging interpretation to improve the interpretation accuracy. It provides guidance for the formulation and implementation of the subsequent development plan of the oilfield, and also has reference significance for the study of complex fluid identification.
