摘要

With the intensification of global manufacturing competition and the increasing trend towards customized and diversified market demands, the complexity of contemporary manufacturing systems continues to rise. Optimizations restricted to individual manufacturing units, specific processes, or isolated regions are no longer sufficient to satisfy the high efficiency, flexibility, and intelligence required by modern manufacturing enterprises. Traditional manufacturing modes typically suffer from pronounced information silos between processes, inadequate collaboration mechanisms, and coarse-grained optimization approaches. These issues frequently result in delayed exposure of quality problems, severely impacting overall product quality and prolonging development cycles. In fields demanding high precision and complexity, these problems become particularly critical, calling for innovative, system-level optimization paradigms that transcend singular dimensions.
