Data Flow in Digital Twin-Driven Manufacturing System: From Modeling to Interaction
摘要
In Chap. 4 , the core architecture and operational mechanisms of DTMS were thoroughly explored using the “point-line-face” analytical framework. Specifically, the “line perspective” clearly defined the data interaction mechanisms among digital twin models and between virtual and physical spaces, including data-sensing connections from physical to virtual domains, internal model interaction within virtual spaces, feedback control connections from virtual to physical spaces, and human-virtual interaction connections. Collectively, these interactions form a comprehensive data flow path that enables DTMS to achieve real-time synchronized sensing, intelligent analytical decision-making, and precise closed-loop control.
