Resource Optimization of Power Heterogeneous Networks Based on Improved TOPSIS

This paper proposes an improved Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) algorithm integrating the Entropy Weight Method (EWM) and dynamic correction factors (EW-DC-TOPSIS). The algorithm constructs a multi-dimensional Quality of Service (QoS) evaluation system, achieves objective indicator weighting via the EWM, dynamically adjusts weights by combining service priority and network load, and realizes optimal sorting of resource allocation schemes. Results show that its comprehensive QoS score is 34% and 42% higher than that of the traditional TOPSIS algorithm under low and high load scenarios, respectively, with the key service reliability reaching 100% under high load.
