Routing Optimization for Space-Ground Integrated Network Based on Global Discrete Grids Partition
摘要
Global discrete grids divide the Earth’s surface into cells of roughly equal area, providing an effective framework for the processing and visualization of geospatial data. In this paper, we introduce global discrete grid technology to optimize satellite ground coverage in space-ground integrated networks. Specifically, we propose a greedy time-sequence selection algorithm for satellite grid coverage, which aims to minimize the number of handoffs between grids and satellites. This reduction in handoffs ultimately enhances packet forwarding performance in space-ground integrated networks.
