摘要

Custom security is critical for national security. Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) provide an important development opportunity for the modernization of intelligent customs control. However, there are some issues existed in the application of customs control of UAVs, such as isolation between internal and external data, limited control distance, and inconvenience in unified management. In order to solve the above issues, this paper proposes to use 5G private network technology to connect the customs internal network and wireless network, and designs novel unmanned aerial vehicles control system with customs characteristics. The architecture of this system mainly consists of the infrastructure layer, service layer, function layer, application layer, and presentation layer. Empirical results of bulk cargo yard control and ship bonded fuel bunkering control show that the system proposed in this paper can effectively reduce costs and manpower, and provide experiences for the construction of intelligent equipment and management in customs in future.
