Indoor Environment Conditioning Technologies for Urban Residential Buildings
摘要
In recent years, China’s rapid socio-economic development and rising living standards have significantly transformed the housing consumption concepts and demands of urban residents. Residential development priorities have shifted from pursuing “quantity” to embracing “quality,” while housing construction has transitioned from focusing on “functionality” to emphasizing “comfort.” As a result, the use of heating and cooling equipment to improve indoor living quality has become increasingly prevalent. However, creating desirable indoor environments in urban residential buildings now presents new challenges and dilemmas: the choice between maintaining constant temperature and humidity and allowing variable conditions; the preference for mechanical ventilation or natural ventilation; and the pursuit of an optimal balance between service quality and energy consumption. This section will explore these three core issues in depth.
