摘要

This chapter explores tourist behavior and satisfaction at Bà Nà Hills Theme Park in Đà Nẵng, Vietnam, through a content analysis of 684 online reviews from TripAdvisor. The research identifies key themes that influence the visitor experience, including holistic visitor experiences, visual documentation behaviors, landmark attractions, crowd dynamics, transportation experiences, environmental adaptations, activity participation, and culinary consumption patterns. The findings reveal how emotional, social, environmental, and cultural factors interplay to shape visitor perceptions, emphasizing the significance of both positive and negative emotional responses in high-altitude, variable-climate settings. The study highlights the impact of visual documentation behaviors, particularly via social media, and demonstrates how crowding dynamics and environmental factors affect overall satisfaction. Additionally, it identifies the role of destination branding, with iconic landmarks like the Golden Bridge driving visitation. Theoretical contributions include an expanded understanding of memorable tourism experiences (MTEs) and crowding dynamics, while practical recommendations for park management focus on crowd control, immersive experiences, and tailored marketing strategies. Despite the valuable insights provided, limitations such as the reliance on user-generated content and the cross-sectional nature of the data suggest areas for further research, including the incorporation of interviews or longitudinal studies.
