Analysis of Safety Risks for Tourist Boats Navigating at Night
摘要
This study examines the safety risks associated with nighttime tourist boat navigation using the extension section of the “Night Cruise along the Three Rivers” channel within the Leshan Giant Buddha Scenic Area as a case study, from the Baxiandong Wharf on the Minjiang River to Dujiachang. A technical evaluation index system encompassing “human - ship - environment - management” was established, identifying 23 distinct risk sources within these categories. The Delphi method was employed to pinpoint key factors influencing nighttime navigation safety. The analysis reveals elevated risk levels pertaining to water depth, water flow, human vision, and visibility in the waterway. Risk mitigation strategies and countermeasures are suggested for factors with heightened risk levels, serving as valuable references for tourism enterprises.
