This paper addresses the challenges in Zibo’s modern logistics industry development, particularly the fragmented operations of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and weak collaborative development. We propose the construction and development of a smart logistics industry-education integration collaborative innovation platform featuring “one platform and four centers.” Focusing on platform construction and application, this research encompasses: establishing and improving the collaborative innovation platform, constructing a work-integrated learning talent cultivation model characterized by “platform support and phased training”, optimizing a modular curriculum system featuring “literacy foundation, capability coupling, and advanced enhancement”, and conducting educational research, scientific research, and technical services through the platform. With the core objective of cultivating high-end skilled talents in intelligent logistics and smart supply chain management, this initiative promotes collaborative innovation in smart logistics through industry-education integration, enhances the connotation of logistics standardization, digitalization, intelligentization, and collaborative development, and provides technical support and services to SME logistics enterprises in Zibo, thereby meeting the needs of Zibo’s modern logistics industry and high-quality development.
