It establishes precise quantification of hidden costs through IoT and big data technologies; employs AI algorithms to drive globally optimized intelligent decision-making; and implements practical pathways for dual empowerment between technology deployment and ecosystem operations via supply chain collaboration platforms. This research focuses on breaking down cost information silos under traditional models, specifically addressing typical contradictions such as the “logistics iceberg” effect and efficiency paradoxes, offering innovative solutions for the industry to overcome development bottlenecks.
