The Evolution of Emergency Support Capabilities in Power Grid Supply Chains
摘要
This paper describes and analyzes the achievements and breakthroughs made by China Southern Power Grid in supply chain continuous support and resilience management during its response to various natural disasters and power grid emergencies in recent years. Through two real cases, it demonstrates the transformation from the traditional model of “responding to needs upon receiving emergency orders” to “proactive management”, and analyzes the role of supply chain resilience in the “three-level support and dual-line operation” of emergency management. With the capability of “personnel not waiting for supplies” and “supplies waiting for personnel”, the supply chain plays a proactive and preventive role in emergency management. Additionally, the paper summarizes relevant management experiences, extracts management improvement directions for supply chain emergency management through digital transformation, talent management, and risk management optimization, and provides a path for continuously enhancing the emergency support capabilities of power grids.
