Selection of Legislative Paths and Establishment of Legislative Principles for the People’s Supervisor System

The legislation of the people’s supervisor system is a crucial approach to develop it into a more institutionalized and law-based system. It involves the establishment, standardization, and guidance of the system’s various rules and regulations. As an integrated systematic project, particularly under Chinese context of advancing rule of law and the fundamental requirements of practicing constitution-based governance, the legislation of the people’s supervisor system must not only fully consider the inherent characteristics of the system itself as the legislative object but also take into account the structural framework of a nation’s constitutional system as a whole.
