Legislative Basis of the People’s Supervisor System
摘要
From the origin of the system, the people’s supervisor system possesses the value legitimacy and fits the general rule of constitutional development. However, from the perspective of system existence, the academic community has also reflected on the existing normative system, for the system itself can be embedded in the existing legal system, but can also maintain the system authority and guarantee its effectiveness.
