An Intelligent Tobacco Sensory Evaluation Terminal and Management System

摘要

Traditional tobacco sensory evaluation relies on manual organization, suffering from issues such as inefficient sample distribution, non-standardized data collection and management, and suboptimal user experience. This paper proposes and implements a digital evaluation system integrating smart hardware terminals, mobile applications, and a cloud platform, aiming to automate and standardize sensory evaluation activities. The system adopts a collaborative terminal-mini program-cloud architecture: terminals handle automated sample distribution and identity verification; the WeChat mini program facilitates dual-end interaction between users and administrators; the cloud platform manages unified data storage, task administration, and process monitoring. Automated smoke emission control based on a weighted random algorithm ensures balanced sample distribution and blind-testing fairness. High-reliability communication protocols and fault-tolerant mechanisms enhance terminal operational stability. Collaborative design between dual-end mini-programs and the cloud backend significantly optimizes user experience and operational efficiency. Test and application results demonstrate the system's strong performance in sample distribution success rate, response time, and data consistency, significantly improving tasting efficiency and data quality.
